When I was looking for an apartment for rent in the Docklands area of London, I ended up at an apartment rented by Rakesh Patel. As a potential tenant, I was understandably nervous about renting in general. However, it was a great surprise to myself when I began to realize that I was getting a great landlord at my place. Mr. Patel impressed me from my first experience meeting him. When visiting the apartments I was interested in renting, I noted that the comfort and cleanliness of the apartments was excellent. I’m fairly particular when it comes to where I live but the apartment exceeded even my high standards. The service provided throughout the viewing and rental process was also notable and a step above my previous renting experiences.
